The entire European region is supplied with products from our warehouse in Hamburg in the shortest possible time.
CW Bearing Europe was founded in Hamburg in 1996 and is the largest sales subsidiary of the Cixing Group outside Asia. The entire European region is supplied with products from our warehouse in Hamburg in the shortest possible time. Laboratory, test stands and the experts for application engineering are also located in Hamburg. The sales headquarters for the automotive sector is located in Grafenrheinfeld (district of Schweinfurt).
Our customers include the well-known automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers as well as many other sub-suppliers. In addition, our bearings are installed by well-known OEMs in a wide range of industries.
Thanks to state-of-the-art and flexible production facilities, we are able to serve both globally positioned corporations and medium-sized companies. The needs of smaller OEMs and the aftermarket are met via our trading partners.
In Europe, our approximately 100 employees generate annual sales of about €120 million. New investments are already being planned. We will thus remain true to our strongly above-average growth course.

From a broken spindle bearing to one of China's largest ball bearing manufacturers
It all started in 1984 in Cixing (Ningbo) with a broken spindle bearing in a production machine. It took 4 days until the spare part was available. Xiangen Hu then decided to produce ball bearings himself. That was the birth of CW Bearing. Today, Xiangen Hu is the Chairman of the entire Cixing Group, which is one of the 10 largest ball bearing manufacturers from China. Thomas Zhu, the second generation, has taken over the management of the family business.
The Cixing Group specializes in the development and production of various high-quality ball bearings. In addition, the product portfolio includes other types of rolling bearings, special bearings, components as well as customized ball screws and worm shafts. Thanks to the Tech Center of the Cixing Group, the product range and the manufacturing capacity are constantly growing.
In addition to specific customer solutions, innovative products and manufacturing processes are developed there. For this purpose, the experienced engineers of the Cixing Group use state-of-the-art software tools for calculations and simulations. For testing and measuring prototypes, all conceivable types of test benches and laboratory equipment are available.
Thus, the value chain as a whole is the focus of the Cixing Group. To achieve this, it relies on the sustainable competence development of its team worldwide and on the maximum flexibility of processes and machines. The continuous growth of the Cixing Group confirms this philosophy. In 2021, the group's 4,000 employees will generate sales equivalent to 282 million euros. For next year, exceeding the 300 million euro mark is on the agenda.
